In March 2023, Google announced its first AI chatbot Bard as a direct response to the OpenAI's ChatGPT which rose as a huge competitor to the traditional search engine. The popularity of ChatGPT was growing rapidly among individuals and organizations and Google found it a risk for its business. Because it has the highest search market share of 91.47% worldwide. Google Bard was a good AI chatbot but couldn't compete ChatGPT, so for Google cam with its new AI model in December last year, Gemini.
Today, Google officially renamed/replaced the Bard to Gemini on 08 Febuary, 2024.

What is Gemini Chatbot?
Gemini is a AI chatbot developed by Google DeepMind in 6 December, 2023. The CEO of DeepMind Demis Hassabis referred it is the most capable and general model we have ever built.
